Refund Policy

Domain names are unique digital assets, so refunds work differently from ordinary physical-product returns. This policy explains the general approach.

Domain purchases are generally final after transfer begins

Once a domain transfer, registrar push, authorization-code handoff, or other irreversible ownership step has been initiated, cancellation may no longer be possible. After the buyer receives control of the domain, the sale is generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before transfer begins

If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact Nomcrest immediately. We will review whether the transaction can still be stopped. A request does not guarantee cancellation because payment settlement or transfer actions may already be underway.

If Nomcrest cannot complete a paid transfer

If a paid domain cannot be transferred because it is no longer available or because Nomcrest cannot provide the domain as agreed, we will work to reverse or refund the affected domain payment, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us with the transaction reference. We will review our transaction records and coordinate with the relevant payment provider where necessary.

Third-party fees and timing

Payment processors, banks, card issuers, currency providers, registrars, or escrow services may have their own fees and refund timing. Amounts outside Nomcrest’ control are handled under those providers’ terms and applicable law.

Offers and inquiries

Submitting a non-paid offer, financing inquiry, or contact form does not itself create a charge and therefore does not require a refund.

How to request review

Use the contact page as soon as possible and include the domain, payment reference, email used for the transaction, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or account passwords.
