Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Nomcrest website and transactions arranged through it. Please read them before purchasing or submitting a binding transaction.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Nomcrest, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service to enter a transaction.

2. Buyer accounts and email verification

A verified Nomcrest buyer account is required before checkout. You agree to provide your real name, an email address you control, and accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity performed through your account. We may require re-verification or additional verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or complete a transfer.

3. Domain listings

We try to keep listing details accurate, but availability can change. A domain remains subject to prior sale, transfer restrictions, registrar rules, and verification. Displaying a domain does not guarantee that a transaction can be completed until payment and transfer requirements are confirmed.

4. Prices, offers, and financing inquiries

Prices are shown in the displayed currency unless stated otherwise. An offer, financing request, or contact inquiry is not automatically accepted and does not reserve a domain. A binding sale exists only when the applicable checkout or separately confirmed transaction requirements are satisfied.

5. Payments

Payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or an escrow provider. You agree to provide accurate transaction information and comply with the provider’s terms. Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion, or other transaction costs may apply where required.

6. Domain transfer

You are responsible for providing a valid receiving registrar account or transfer information and for responding to required verification. Transfer timing depends on the registrar, registry, domain status, and applicable transfer rules. We may request reasonable identity or ownership verification where needed to prevent fraud.

7. Buyer responsibilities

  • Verify the exact spelling and extension before purchasing.
  • Perform your own trademark, legal, technical, and commercial diligence.
  • Use accurate contact and payment information.
  • Maintain security of your registrar and email accounts.
  • Use acquired domains lawfully and without infringing third-party rights.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Domain names are unique digital assets and transactions can become irreversible once a transfer begins. Refund and cancellation handling is described in our Refund Policy, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

9. Intellectual property

Nomcrest branding, site design, original editorial content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A domain purchase transfers the domain interest described in the transaction; it does not transfer Nomcrest content, trademarks, or unrelated intellectual property.

10. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit fraudulent transactions, scrape the service in a manner that disrupts operation, or use Nomcrest to facilitate unlawful conduct.

11. Third-party services

Payment processors, registrars, escrow providers, analytics services, and advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Nomcrest is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. No investment or legal advice

Information on Nomcrest is provided for general educational and marketplace purposes. Domain pricing and editorial content are not legal, tax, financial, investment, trademark, or valuation advice.

13. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, future domain value, traffic, revenue, search ranking, or business success. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised version becomes effective when published, subject to any notice required by applicable law.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Nomcrest contact page.
